Depending upon the situation there are two ways to collect 360˚ insights. One, Clearwater uses an online assessment tool – either the clients or the Leadership Circle Profile. Or two, we conduct in person interviews with stakeholders and write a summary of insights to share with the leader and the leader’s manager.
