Leadership Consultant

Senam is a passionate Leadership Development Consultant who partners with leaders, teams and organizations to drive business results.  After spending a decade in non-profit, higher education and hospitality in a variety of roles, she brings her expertise in leadership development, change management, training, facilitation, coaching and talent development to the Clearwater Consulting family.

Her background in Strategic HR Business Partnering, Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management, allows her to provide a practical and balanced approach in all of her client engagements. She is certified in a host of assessment tools including DiSC work style profile, Birkman, and various 360 instruments. She has designed and facilitated team effectiveness sessions leveraging these tools to bring understanding of self and others to her clients. 

Senam believes today’s leaders will benefit from exploring the intersection of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and broader Leadership Development. As a native of Ghana and a US Citizen, she brings a fresh perspective to the challenges leaders face today in a global society. In her work with clients, she uses an individual as well as systems approach to ensure linkage between individual behavior, team effectiveness, culture and business results. 

Senam holds an Economics Degree from Agnes Scott College, a Masters degree in Organizational Development & Human Resources from the University of Georgia. She is also a certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner.
