Laura designs and facilitates high-impact leadership development programs and workshops for managers and employees, particularly those facing the challenge of leading during turbulent times. As a leadership advisor to senior executives, C-level officers and employees alike, Laura drives business results and enhances employee retention and engagement with her innovative problem-solving approach and collaborative partnering style. Furthermore, Laura has years of experience in recruiting and executive search which enable her to understand market dynamics of recruitment, employment branding and career transition.Laura Stanley is a leadership development consultant, strategist and senior human resource executive improving employee engagement by focusing on talent management and human capital strategy. Her 18 years of experience leading, coaching and developing high-potential talent, leaders and teams, yields significant individual and organizational impact.

Most recently, Laura was a senior member of EarthLink’s (NASDAQ: Elnk) human resources team and directed all talent acquisition and development. Prior, as Vice President of People Strategy, she led the human resources function at EzGov, Inc., an Atlanta based technology, software and services company for governments. At Korn/Ferry International, the executive search firm, she gained recruiting expertise in high-tech and industrial practices, complementing her early career experience in international sales and marketing with paper and packaging companies, both in Paris, France, and in the southeastern U.S.

Laura earned her International MBA from the University of South Carolina and Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Newcomb College of Tulane University. She is a Registered Corporate Coach and proficient in the DiSC® assessment tool. She is a member of the Georgia Coach Association and the Society for Human Resources (SHRM). Laura speaks fluent French and conversational Italian.
