What a fascinating gathering of nearly 200 CHROs for the annual Atlanta CHRO Summit on Oct. 26, 2016. The Clearwater Consulting crew was happy to be one of the sponsors of the event and to moderate a robust conversation around the intersection of culture and engagement to standing room only crowd (with a wait list!). Clearly, this is a popular topic.

The Summit provided a great infographic comparing the priorities of Atlanta CHROs to CHROs across the nation. One of the insights is that "developing next-level recruiting strategies and tools is a higher priority in Atlanta compared to the nation."
