You are invited to participate in a 5-minute survey specifically designed to help leaders improve their effectiveness in leading change.
In preparation for Clearwater Consulting’s quarterly Senior Leaders Breakfast Forum on Sept. 13, in Atlanta, GA, we have coordinated with our Forum speaker, Georgia Tech School of Management Professor and Leading Change Consultant Tony Daloisio, to offer this survey to help you understand the insights and principles of the book “Change the Way You Change.” Co-author R. Kendall Lyman designed the survey.
For those attending the Forum, having completed the survey beforehand will enhance your learning during the Forum discussion. If you are unable to attend the Forum, you can still gain valuable insights on how leaders accelerate business performance before, during and after change by completing the survey.
