As a Master Certified Coach, Tony has coached senior executives and their teams through significant change, both professionally and organizationally. He has educated and facilitated team meetings for thousands of businesspeople worldwide with a primary focus on team and individual performance and development. His clients come from the highest levels of executive management in a variety of industries including American Express, Host Marriott, Pfizer, Newell Rubbermaid, KPMG and Indiana University. In addition, Tony has coached executives in the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of Business.
His coaching specialties include onboarding newly hired managers and executives, performance enhancement for mid and senior level managers in their current roles, integration coaching to support major training and development initiatives, and development learning coaching for high-potential employees identified for promotion. Tony brings to every engagement extensive, multi-functional hands-on business experience gained from his more than 15 years in Conference Resort/Hotel Development and Management. For the past decade Tony has focused on change management and leadership team effectiveness.
He holds a degree in Philosophy from the College of William & Mary and the Master Certified Coach designation (since 2005) from the International Coach Federation. Tony is trained in the use of a number of assessment tools, including multiple 360 degree feedback assessments, team assessments & diagnostics like MBTI/Firo-B, the Personal DISC® inventory, and the Hogan Leadership Forecast series. Tony is also a past president of the Georgia Coach Association, the 4th largest International Coach Federation chapter with over 230 coaches. Tony is a sought after speaker and has published articles on coaching and leadership in national business and industry publications.
