Knowing this, Sabrina structures a highly engaged process to help leaders examine their core convictions and build capacity in utilizing and building upon their talents to create organizations that thrive robustly.
Sabrina has over 20 years leadership in private, public and academic institutions, including Chief Nursing Officer role and 10+ years as a certified coach with NCHL certification, and TCI certification. Her focus is working with leaders in transition, with clinical executives, and first-time-in-role executives.
For 11 years, Sabrina was Senior Vice President at University of Alabama, providing operational leadership at a 900-bed advanced academic medical center. She earned her BSN at Howard University and followed with a MBA, Marketing and Ambulatory Healthcare at George Washington University. In 2015, she received Global Leadership Cerification, Woman and Power. at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government. Sabrina is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and belongs to National Association of Health Services Executives, Female Healthcare Leaders in the United States and National Association of Female Executives.
