Ted Kneidl, an associate of Clearwater Consulting Group, is both an executive coach and a consultant with more than 30 years of experience that includes corporate America as well as being a business owner himself.
Since 1996, Ted has provided change management consulting, management assessment, marketing consulting, executive and leadership coaching, as well as team and organization assessment and coaching. In recent years, Ted has provided consulting services to a wide variety of industries including healthcare, entertainment, food and beverage, automotive, communications, sales promotion, academia and government and worked with many of the country’s best known names: Warner Bros., Ford Motor Company, COX, and Emory University among others. Ted’s coaching practice has included executives and entrepreneurs in medicine, publishing, federal government, software, marketing, creative services, and more. Coaching clients stretch from Colorado to New York to England and have included individuals at Coca-Cola, Fast Company Magazine, KBR (the world’s largest defense services provider), the Department of Defense and numerous entrepreneurs.
As an entrepreneur and business owner for over 10 years, Ted served as president of his own beverage-industry sales management firm and later founded, raised venture capital for, and directed the West End Soda Company to produce and market premium soft drinks.
With regard to corporate experience, Ted was a top performer for 13 years at Anheuser-Busch, the world’s largest brewer. As such, he rose via a series of promotions from the entry position of Industrial Engineer to become one of the youngest managers ever to be elevated to the level of vice president of an operating division.
Ted earned his BS in Industrial Management and his MBA from the University of Cincinnati. The later was earned on a full academic scholarship and teaching assistantship. Ted is a Certified Professional Coach, an Authorized Facilitator of Team Coaching International, and an active member of both the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Georgia Coaches Association. Ted was a judge in the 2008 Prism Award selection process and is the Selection Committee Chair for the 2009 Award. PRISM is a prestigious award sanctioned by the ICF in recognition of corporations and organizations that utilize coaching to deliver outstanding results.
