Leadership Consultant & Executive CoachShirley Wulf is a leadership consultant and executive coach with Clearwater Consulting Group specializing in sales leadership development and sales team effectiveness. She works with individuals and teams to bring about positive, sustainable results that benefit the individual, the team and the organization. Shirley has over 26 years of leadership with Roche Laboratories, a Fortune 500 Company and one of the top four pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Her background includes extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales, sales training and development, marketing, account management, sales management and leadership.
As one of the first three women at Roche to be promoted to the position of Regional Sales Director, Shirley led a sales team of over 130 employees responsible for over $250 million in product revenues. Her expertise includes talent selection and development, performance evaluation, coaching and mentoring, team development, strategic planning, tactical implementation, effective communication skills, sales management, matrix management and leadership development
Shirley has participated in coaching training through The Coach’s Training Institute and the iPEC Coaching Training Program, both ICF accredited programs. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Georgia Coach Association (GCA). She has an undergraduate degree in Marketing and her graduate studies are in Marketing and Organizational Change and Development through the University of Colorado and Walden University.
Philanthropy and service are values that Shirley actively models. Shirley currently serves on the Advisory Board of The Drake House, a non-profit organization that provides temporary shelter for homeless mothers and their children, and is on the faculty for Family Haven, a shelter for abused women and children, where she teaches interviewing skills. She is also a long-standing, active member of the Roswell-Alpharetta Chapter of National Charity League, and has served on the Parent Boards for Wesleyan School and the ADPi Parent’s Club at GA Tech.
