Initial Challenge: Help the culture become adept at giving and receiving feedback

Approach: Delivered an initial workshop on feedback; coached individuals one on one through the 360 evaluations … then discovered patterns across the organization (high scores, low scores on key competencies) … developed ongoing adult learning model to address those topics
