Andrea Hopke
Leadership Strategist, Team Coach, Program Designer
Integral to the success of an organization is the capacity to call forth the best of the individual, to facilitate productive and positive teams, and their development of programs, products, or services that provide momentum and focus for the company vision. This intersection is where great work occurs.
In all roles ~ as coach, consultant and facilitator ~ Andrea contributes to leadership development, strategic prioritization, creative development, commitment and motivation, and often works with individuals or teams grappling with significant change. Developing action plans that accelerate results at all levels, she facilitates conversations to build the essential bridge between individual talent and organizational objectives.
A graduate of The Coaches Training Institute, an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program, Andrea is also a Registered Corporate Coach through the World Association of Business Coaches (WABC).
